Cherrapunji
Cherrapunji, also known as Sohra, is a small town in the state of Meghalaya, India. It is famous for being one of the wettest places on Earth, receiving very heavy rainfall every year. Cherrapunji is known for its beautiful natural scenery, including waterfalls, caves, and green hills. It is also home to the unique living root bridges, made from the roots of rubber trees.
