Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVAL DELHI

On arrival at Delhi airport, you will meet our representative who will escort you to the airport hotel. Check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2

DELHI - UDAIPUR - MOUNT ABU

After breakfast, take a flight to Udaipur. Upon arrival, straight drive to Mound Abu and check in at the hotel for an overnight stay. In the evening, explore the nearby villages on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

IN MOUNT ABU

After breakfast full day of sightseeing at Mount Abu Hill station including the visit to the famous marble Jain temples at Dilwara. Built by Jain merchants of West India, these temples demonstrate their ardent devotion to their faith which resulted in such scintillating temples here. After the visit, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4

MOUNT ABU - RANAKPUR - UDAIPUR

After breakfast, check out Mount Abu and drive to Ranakpur to reach Ranakpur temples till noon time, visit the famous Jain Temples of Ranakpur. After the visit, drive to Udaipur for an overnight stay.

Day 5

IN UDAIPUR

After breakfast, proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Udaipur visiting places like Lake Palace, and City Palace Saheliyon ki Bari. In the evening, enjoy a sunset boat ride at the lake Pichola. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6

UDAIPUR - PATNA VIA DELHI

After breakfast transfer to the airport to board a flight for Patna, the gateway city for Pawapuri. This is one of the most prominent Jain pilgrimage sites known as the cremation site of Lord Mahavira. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7

IN PATNA

After breakfast, begin the tour with a visit to the sacred visit to Jal Mandir. This is also addressed as the Nirvana site of Lord Mahavira. Shaped in the form of Vimana, this marble temple is located in the middle of the lake. The temple's sanctum also enshrines an old "Charan Paduka" of Lord Mahavira. The temple marks the space where Lord Mahavira attained Samadhi and was cremated later. The temple is believed to be constructed by King Nandivardhan, the elder brother of Lord Mahavira. Return to Patna for an overnight stay.

Day 8

PATNA – BANGALORE

Check out Patna to board the flight for Bangalore. Upon arrival in Bangalore, check-in at the hotel. The evening is free to explore the city on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9

BANGALORE - SHRAVANBELAGOLA - MYSORE

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Shravanbelagola - one of the most important Jain pilgrimage centers. On arrival visit the colossal monolith statue of Gommateshvara Bahubali, a Jain Arihant. The site is prominent for the Mahamastakabhisheka. Held once every 12 years, this is a spectacular ceremony wherein the colossal statue is covered with milk, curd, ghee, saffron, etc. After the visit, drive to Mysore for an overnight stay.

Day 10

MYSORE - GOMMATAGIRI - DHARMASTHALA - MOODBIDRI

After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Gommatagiri - popular for the 700-year-old statue of Bhagawan Bahubali that is erected atop a 50-meter-tall hillock. After the visit drive to Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala, one of the important pilgrim centers of Karnataka and known for religious tolerance. Upon arrival at Dharmasthala, visit Chandranathaswami Basadi (Jain Temple), then visit Lord Manjunathaswami Temple (Hindu Temple and major attraction of Dharmasthala), and then proceed to visit the statue of Bahubali (Gommateshwara). Then drive to Moodbidri, one of the important religious centers for Jains. Moodbidri is popularly known as Jain Kashi because of the townhouses of 18 beautiful Basadis (Jain temples); sacred scriptures of Jainism, the Dhawalas found in their original form on palm leaves 4500 in number. On arrival at Moodbidri, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 11

MOODIBIDRI - VENUR - MOODBIDRI

Depart early morning to visit Badaga Basadi, the 16-century temple housing idol of Lord Chandranatha. Then visit the thousand Pillar Temple, richly carved in the Vijayanagar style. Then visit other Basadis and proceed to Venur, once the seat of Jainism, known for 38 feet monolith statue of Bhagawan Bahubali built by Thimmanna Ajila in 1604 AD. Visit the statue and nearby Jain basadis and drive to Moodbidri for an overnight stay.

Day 12

MOODBIDRI - KARKALA - SHIRLAL - VARANGA - MOODBIDRI

After early breakfast, drive to Karkala, a historical place and one of the important pilgrim centers for Jains. On arrival, visit statue 42 feet monolith statue of Bahubali and get his divine blessings. Then visit the nearby basadis, followed by a drive to Shirlal, the beautiful village known for Jain Basadis. On arrival, visit Lord Ananthanatha Swami Basadi and the nearby recently installed statues of Lord Adinatha, Lord Bharatha, and Lord Bahubali. Evening, you will be transferred to Varanga, a popular Jain pilgrim center nestled in natural beauty. On arrival at Varanga, visit 1200-year-old Neminatha Basadi, Chandranatha Basadi, and Kere Basadi. After the visit return to Moodbidri for an overnight stay.

Day 13

MOODBIDRI - KUNDADRI - HUMCHA - SHIVAMOGGA

After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Kundadri, a beautiful hill station with forest. On arrival at Kundadri, visit Lord Parshwanatha temple located at the top of Kundadri hillock. Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings and then drive to Humcha, a small and beautiful village located in Shimoga district known for the 8-century Jain temple. The holy temple is dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi and is known for its cultural and historical heritage. On arrival at Humcha, visit Goddess Padmavathi temple and visit Lord Parshwanatha temple, and Basadis. Later, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 14

SHIVAMOGGA - SIMHANAGADDE JWALAMLINI – MANGALORE - DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Simhanagadde Jwalamlini Temple, located in the beautiful surroundings at Narasimharajapura. Jwalamalini is a guardian spirit of the Eighth Tirthankara, Shri Bhagwan Chandraprabhu. On arrival, visit the Jwalamalini temple and get the divine blessings of the Goddess. Then visit the other temples dedicated to Lord Chandraprabhu, Lord Parshvanath, and Bhagwan Santhinath. After the visit drive to Mangalore airport to board flight for onward journey.
