Itinerary
ARRIVAL DELHI
On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be met by our representative who will escort you to the aero city hotel. Check-in at the hotel and rest of the day for relax. In the evening you may explore nearby places on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DELHI - DEHRADUN
After breakfast, you will be provided drop at Delhi airport to connect flight for Dehradun. Pick up on arrival at Dehradun and drop at hotel. In the afternoon, visit Mindrolling Monastery which has large Tibetan settlement. Overnight hotel located near Dehradun helipad.
DEHRADUN - YAMUNOTRI
We start the day early for Yatra. Helicopter will depart at 06:30 am and you required to arrive at helipad at 06:15 am with packed breakfast from hotel. On arrival you will be briefed by pilots and ground staff and provided baggage tags.
07:00 am - arrival at Kharsali helipad Yamunotri. On arrival you will be assisted to hotel at Kharsali for check in and breakfast. After breakfast, start trek to Yamunotri temple(Palanquins will be provided if guest is unable to trek).
Return to the hotel in the evening (Trek and darshan will take 5 to 6 hrs). Rest of the day is free to relax at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Note: Luggage allowed in helicopter is only 5 kgs. Excess baggage is not allowed to go onboard helicopter.
YAMONOTRI - GANGOTRI
After light breakfast, depart from Kharsali hotel to helipad. 06:45 am -arrive at Helipad and depart from Khatsali at 7 am.
07:30 am: Arrive at Haril which is located on banks of the Bhagirathi river and on the way to Gangotri. The place was once an important trade route between India and Tibet.
Check in at the hotel for breakfast followed by drive to Gangotri temple (1 hr). Perform darshan at temple and puja at nearby ghat. Retrn to hotel by lunchtime. Have lunch and rest of the day relax at hotel. In the evening enjoy bonfire at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
GANGOTRI - KEDAR NATH
After an early breakfast, leave hotel at 7 am for harsil helipad. 07:45 depart from Harsil helipad and fly to Sersi. Board on chopper helicopter to reach at upper Kedar helipad. Take a trek of 500 meters from helipad to Kedarnath temple(15-20 mins). Take a VIP darshan and back to Kedar helipad( time allowed for darshan and back 2-3 hrs). Fly back to Sersi. Overnight stay at the hotel.
KEDARNATH - BADRINATH
After breakfast leave hotel for Sersi helipad. We will leave Sersi at 08:45 am and arrive at Badrinath Helipad at 09:20 am. Check in at the hotel (500 meters) and leave for Badrinath dham (<500 meters). On arrival have VIP darshan (Temple remains closed from 12 -3 pm) and visit nearby Mana village - The last Indian village before China border. Mana is also the palace of origin of Saraswati River. You can visit Bhim bridge which is believed to be constructed by Bhima from Mahabharata and still resting on the river without any support. Enjoy tea/ coffee from a local stall while enjoying the sorrounding. Return to hotel for an overnight stay.
BADRINATH - DEHRADUN - DELHI DEPARTURE INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT
Special mahabhishek Puja - Every morning at 4 am, Mahabhishek is done at Badrinath temple. The seats are limited and one need to be inside the temple during the ceremony which lasts for 2 hours (optional visit).
After breakfast, leave for Badrinath helipad. 09:15 - fly from Badrinath to Dehradun. 10:15 arrival at Dehradun airport. On arrival, you will be transfer to Dehradun airport to connect flight for Delhi and onwards journey.

The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath are reasonably good and at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation is in standard 3-star hotels.
All meals are included in the hotels apart from Dehradun.
Breakfast and dinner are included during stay at Dehradun hotel.
Breakfast is included during stay in Delhi.
Suitcases are not allowed in helicopters due to limited space and guest need to carry handbags.
All passengers need to be medically and physically fit
Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle
Transportation by airconditioned car (non airconditioned on hills) with applicable toll charges/driver allowance as per the itinerary.

Tips/Porterage during the tour
- 25% of the full booking amount is required as advance payment at the time of booking acceptance, if not within cancellation deadline.
- 50% of the full booking amount is required as advance payment at the time of booking acceptance, if booking within Two week of the start date.
- Full payment is required One week prior to the start date.
- If cancelled on or 21 Days prior to the start date, the initial deposit amount be forefeited.
- If cancelled on 20-14 Days prior to the Start date, 50% of the full amount or the Initial deposit will be forfeited, whichever is higher.
- If cancelled on 13-7 Days prior to the Start Date, 75% of the full amount or the initial deposit will be forefeited, whichever is higher.
- If Cancelled within 7 days of the Start date, 100% of the booking amount will be forefeited.
