Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVE DELHI

On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be met by our representative who will escort you to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel and rest of the day for relax. In the evening you may explore nearby places on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

IN DELHI

After Breakfast, proceed for a full day local sightseeing tour of Delhi. Start with a walking tour of old Delhi followed by a rickshaw ride. Later proceed to visit Humayun's tomb, India gate, government buildings. End your tour with the visit of Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

DELHI - AMRTISAR

Check out from hotel with packed breakfast to Delhi railway station to board train for Amritsar (ETD 07:20/ ETA 13:30). Pick up upon arrival at Amritsar railway station followed by drop to the hotel. In evening, visit colourful bazaars of Amritsar. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

AMRITSAR

After breakfast, visit Harmandir Sahib, famous as the Golden Temple. It is called so, for its roof is gold leafed. Then visit the Jallianwala Bagh in your private vehicle accompanied by an expert driver. Know more about the history of these sites from your well-versed and experienced guide. Later, take a drive to the Wagah (Indo-Pak) border, to witness changing of guard and lowering of flags ceremony. Have a comfortable stay in the hotel at night.

Day 5

AMRITSAR - CHANDIGARH

After breakfast drive to Chandigarh (230kms/4 hrs). Start your city tour with Rock Garden which consist of various arts and objects made of industrial and urban waste. Then visit to Sukhna Lake to enjoy fresh breeze and for a boat ride. Our last stop will be Asia’s largest rose garden.

Day 6

CHANDIGARH - SHIMLA

Your lovely trip begins right from the time you climb up the hills from Chandigarh (110 KM/3.5 Hours). The winding roads and the greenery on the way make you anticipate more. Register yourself at the reception and make way to your room to freshen up and relax. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7

IN SHIMLA

Morning buffet breakfast at enjoy your half day tour of Shimla. Visit famous Christ Church, Lakkad Bazar, Jaku Temple, Mallroad and the Ridge. Rest of shop and stroll around mall road. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8

IN SHIMLA

After breakfast, you will be driven to Naldehra. It is a quaint hill-station as you go uphill from Shimla. It is located at a staggering altitude of 2044 m above sea level and is famous for being home to India’s oldest 9-hole golf course. Further down the day, you will head towards Tattapani which is famous for its hot sulphur springs. The water from springs is said to possess medicinal value. After a lovely day, you will be driven back to your hotel in Shimla. Overnight stay will be at the hotel

Day 9

SHIMLA – KANDAGHAT – DELHI

After breakfast, you will be provided a drop to Shimla railway to enjoy a two hours scenic ride by Himalayan toy train that comes under UNESCO rich colonial heritage. Pick up from Kandaghat and drive to Delhi airport to connect flight for onwards journey (6 hours/ 315 km).
